ICER26 Co-located Event

The Physical Computing Network invites interested people to the pre-conference international workshop co-located alongside the ACM International
Conference in Computing Education Research (ICER) 2026.

The workshop will take place on Monday 10 August 2026, 9:00-16:00 at Ångström Laboratory, Uppsala University, Sweden

The workshop will provide a platform for researchers, educators, and practitioners from different countries to share their knowledge and experience implementing physical computing educational activities.

The workshop aims to promote collaborative research in the area of physical computing in STEAM education, while serving as the space where likeminded stakeholders meet in-person to share knowledge and set up co-creation of educational resources based on the input from the workshop participants.

Participants will engage in hands-on activities, discussions, and presentations, broadening our understanding of physical computing in STEAM education.
